Meet the Team

Alison has been a Realtor since 1989 and with RE/MAX Advantage Realty since 1993. Her background in both finance and interior design is helpful for her clients needing financing advice, helping buyers see the potential in properties and staging recommendations for her sellers.  She is a skilled communicator which is key for both helping their clients understand all the details of a real estate transaction and negotiating a successful outcome for them with their property purchases and sales.  

Alison works with her son Jay on “The Hazelwood Team”.  Jay also has a background in mortgage finance.  He is a great advocate for his clients and works diligently on their behalf.  His knowledge of social media and the most recent changes in the real estate industry helps to keep the Hazelwood Team at the cutting edge of the business.  Jay is active in the community and has been involved in a number of local organizations and sports teams.
